Exchange 2007 Storage groups not listed

Dear Support,

I am evaluating BackupAssistant 5.4.2. I installed it on a MS Windows 2003 (32bits) Server. I need to backup a MS Exchange 2007 server.

I went through the installation process, everything went well. I can backup individual mailboxes from my MS Exchange 2007 server, BUT, the storage groups are not listed in the "Exchange server selection"view.

Anyone could give me some tracks to follow in ordser to have them available ?

The only way to do a information store backup on a 2003 system is to use the NTBackup. The mailbox backup is just for the export of mail
to PST files.

In this case, regarding my request to backup the storage mgroups in order to have the log truncation efffective what configuiration should I setup ?
