If you require to purchase BackupAssist using a purchase order the best way is to simply specify a purchase order number during step 4 of the online ordering process. After you have completed your order you will receive an invoice in PDF format via email, which will include a record of this purchase order number.

Yes, during step 1 of the ordering process you can specify the type of license you wish to purchase - Commercial or Educational. Educational applies to both educational institutions (schools, universities, etc) as well as Not-For-Profit organisations.
Yes, once you have completed placing your order within our online ordering system, an invoice, in .PDF format, will be sent to the accounts email address you specified when the order was placed. The invoice will include your order details as well as information regarding the payment methods available and how to make payment for your license(s).
The following payment methods available:
- Credit Card: via Paypal or share-it!
- Cheque/Check
- Electronic Funds Transfer / Direct Bank Deposit
Any payment method can be elected for an online order. You do not have to use a credit card when using our payment system online. If you do opt to pay via either a cheque/check or EFT/direct deposit, please send us a receipt of your payment to
. This will allow for much faster processing of your payment.
You are not required to pay for your license immediately after placing an order. The license key information, however, is only sent after payment has been received and processed. As such, for more prompt delivery of your license key information, we ask that payments be made as soon as possible.
For cheque/check or EFT/direct deposit payments, please send us a receipt of your payment to
. This will allow for much faster processing of your payment.
Please note that cheque payments may take several business days to arrive so there may be a delay in getting your license key information. If this is the case, you can email the sales team -

If it looks as though your 30 day trial of BackupAssist will expire either before you are able to make payment or before your license key information arrives, simply email the sales team -
