How to View the Calendar in BackupAssist™

The Calendar View in BackupAssist™ offers an easy to follow visual representation of your configured backup rotation scheme, allowing you to easily decipher when and what types of backups you have scheduled to occur.

1. Access the 'Schedule Tab'

2. Select the 'Calendar View' Tab

3. The Calendar Legend

The Calendar Legend demonstrates the various colors used in the calendar view to denote the different backup days you have scheduled.

4. Advanced Calendar View

Selecting the Advanced Calendar view offers a much more detailed view of your backup schedule as depicted below:

5. Cycle through the months of your rotation scheme with 'Prev' and 'Next'

6. Print your calendar for a hard copy version
