Timeout Errors

When a scheduled backup runs, it times out and you see this error message in the backup report:

Cause

Basically, the timeout period is the time BackupAssist will wait before it terminates the backup process - with the assumption that the process has stalled and is not likely to recover.

If you have a small timeout period of 60 minutes, for example, you are only allowing an hour for the entire backup process to complete, which may not be enough.
