renewals&nbsp;of a BackupCare.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">With our new quotation feature, you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Request a quote for a new order<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Request a quote for a BackupCare renewal<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Retrieve an existing&nbsp;quote<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Edit a quote<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Approve a quote<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">To access the <em>Quotations <\/em>page, select the <strong>Purchase and Pricing<\/strong> menu, then a BackupCare Quote<\/strong>, for renewals of BackupCare.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\"><strong>Retrieve a Quote<\/strong>, to retrieve an old quote so you can place the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once your quotation has been saved, you can perform the following actions, as shown in the screen shot below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\"><strong>Edit a Quotation<\/strong>, to change the products requested.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\"><strong>Approve a Quotation<\/strong>, to place an order.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\"><strong>Remove a Quotation<\/strong>, to delete the quotation permanently.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\"><strong>Download a Quotation,<\/strong> to download a PDF of the before they expire.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Enable auto renewals for <strong>existing<\/strong> orders with BackupCare \/ Upgrade Protection.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Enable auto renewals for <strong>new<\/strong> orders with BackupCare Upgrade Protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">&nbsp;This ensures that your customers receive the 30% early renewal discount.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>&nbsp;Auto Renewing BackupCare for existing orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Setting up auto renewal for existing BackupCare orders is easy.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Select the <strong>My Account<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Select <strong>Invoices\/Licenses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Enter the search criteria and select <strong>Display invoices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em\">Next to each invoice listed are the available action icons. Select the length of BackupCare, then click the&nbsp;<strong>Create Auto Renewal<\/strong>&nbsp;button.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.backupassist.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/04\/renewal-existing.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2920 size-full\" style=\"border: 2px solid grey\" title=\"Renewal\" src=\"https:\/\/www.backupassist.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/04\/renewal-existing.png\" alt=\"renewal existing\" width=\"981\" height=\"637\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.backupassist.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/04\/renewal-existing.png 981w, https:\/\/www.backupassist.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/04\/renewal-existing-300x195.png 300w, https:\/\/www.backupassist.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/04\/renewal-existing-768x499.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 981px) 100vw, 981px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Automatic Renewals for new BackupCare orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">When placing a new order you can set BackupAssist to automatically renew the customer\u2019s BackupCare.<\/p>\n<p>All it takes is a couple of clicks:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Select the <strong>Purchase and Pricing<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Select <strong>New Order.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After you have entered the organization\u2019s details:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Tick the box for <strong>Auto Renew BackupCare.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">Use <strong>Choose Months<\/strong> to select 12 or 24 months.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.5em\" href=\"https:\/\/www.backupassist.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/04\/renewal.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2921 size-full\" style=\"border: 2px solid grey\" title=\"Renewal\" src=\"https:\/\/www.backupassist.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/04\/renewal.png\" alt=\"renewal\" width=\"964\" height=\"752\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.backupassist.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/04\/renewal.png 964w, https:\/\/www.backupassist.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/04\/renewal-300x234.png 300w, https:\/\/www.backupassist.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/04\/renewal-768x599.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 964px) 100vw, 964px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once you have completed entering the order details, select <strong>Place order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important things to know<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em\">The auto renewal will take place 7 days before the expiry date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">We will continue to advise you of upcoming customers due for renewal and auto renewal in your BackupCare summary emails.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 3px\">You can cancel an auto renewal before the anniversary date from the Invoices \/ Licenses section of the Reseller Portal. If the automatic renewal order has been placed, our normal refund policy applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Better sorting and filtering of reports<\/h2>\n<p>When you display your invoices, you can now sort them by their columns such as date, registered to and status. You can also apply filters to the results displayed, such as organization type, plan type, invoice type and BackupAssist version.<\/p>\n<h2>Support for multiple portal accounts<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">Employees can now be set up with access to the Reseller portal using different account types.
