Check out our new videos

This month, we put together a couple of fun animated videos that explain exactly what BackupAssist and MultiSite Manager can do for your business.

They explain our software in a way that doesn't require a degree in IT to wrap your head around. And they'll only take 90 seconds out of your busy day!

Of course, if you do have a degree in IT there's a ton of technical info in our documentation section already that you'll love - but we still think you'll enjoy these videos too.  If nothing else, share them with your non tech-savvy friends and family to help explain what you do at work!

Making news

In case you somehow missed it this month, humanity has made its first successful landing of a space-craft on a comet.

The Philae lander nailed its landing on a hunk of ice and rock hurtling through space at 10 miles per second! Read the awesome details.

Microsoft announced a 'potentially catastrophic' vulnerability has been discovered in virtually all versions of Windows.

It is strongly recommended that all Windows users, particularly businesses, download the patch released on Tuesday 11th November ASAP.

Once you've done that, read more here.
And lastly from vulnerable to hackers, to just plain vulnerable hackers...

Details emerged this month that when one of the world's most notorious cyber-criminals was arrested back in 2012, his encrypted computer was able to be searched because authorities guessed his password - his cat's name.  Seriously.
