Changing your MBC password

MSPs are currently provided with one MBC account.

The password for this account should be changed as per your internal security guidelines.

To change your MBC password:

  1. Log into the Managed Backup Console.
  2. Click on the profile icon next to your account name at the top right.

    3. Change password

  3. Type a new password into the fields provided.
  4. Click Save.
