Email notification formatting

Hi,
I'm currently evaluating BackupAssist and have a query regarding the formatting of the HTML emails.
Under the 'Media Usage Report' section of the email there's a 'Backup files residing on xxxx' section which contains a list of all the old backups.

How is this list sorted? On my emails it's not by date or filename.
