SMTP Connection Fails

Hello,

I am having trouble getting email notifications setup. I have input, and double checked all the mail server information, but I keep receiving SMTP connection failed error. I read in another post that switching to legacy mail component fixed it for someone, but that option is greyed out for me.

I am receiving an error that says "Failed to get SMTP Response" and "Failed to connect to SMTP Server" Server is set for SMTP on port 25. I am using the IP address in BackupAssist to avoid any possible DNS issues. My user name and password are also correct. I have not had any email problems other than through BackupAssist. Thanks in advance for all help.
