RDX Does not eject after successful job completion.

Postby jasgot » Wed Feb 27, 2019 3:21 am

After a successful backup job, the RDX drive does not eject. I have to go to the Server and open Explorer, right click on the drive and choose eject. This does eject the drive.

I happen to have this problem and MANY different installations, for most, it comes and goes with BA updates. I have a few that have been giving me fits for many months.

What can I provide to help diagnose this problem?
