BA714 Could not copy directory attributes

Could not copy directory attributes
the backup was working properly untill i got this error.

Any idea why i got this message.

I was hoping you could send us the diagnostics information, so we can better diagnose the problem.

To send us diagnostic information please follow these steps:

1) Go to Contact Support (from the bottom-left corner of the console) -> Contact Support
2) Fill out the form and ensure that the Submit system diagnostics checkbox at the bottom is checked.

Hi,

It's Tim from BackupAssist.

The warning that you are getting indicates that the backup was unable to transfer NTFS attributes of some or all of the backup files.

This can either be because the destination does not support the transfer of such files or the Backup User Identity does not have sufficient permissions to do so.
