Select volumes and files to backup
Using the NTBackup Engine, you can backup your entire system, including Active Directory.
The Windows Imaging (Block Level Backup) engine will image your hard drives to a VHD file (which is Microsoft's Virtual Hard Disk file).
On Windows Server 2008, you can mount these volumes to access individual files. You can also perform a full restore from "bare metal", which will be outlined later in this tour.
