Describe InsertOfficeCD here.
to:

Insert Microsoft Office CD

Explanation:

When you try to start a backup job you receive a popup window with a message stating:

Insert Microsoft Office CD.

Cause and Resolution:

The first thing to note is that this error is not a BackupAssist error. This error occurs when a partial installation of Microsoft Office was conducted. BackupAssist does not access or utlise any specific Microsoft Office components. It does, however, access Microsoft DLLs? like many other programs and as a consequence will exhibit this problem.

In order to resolve this issue, simply insert the MS Office CD when prompted, install the appropriate components and this problem will no longer occur.

Alternatively, ensure that you do a full install of MS Office on the initial install.
