Description
For SQL 2005, 2008/R2, 2014 & 2016
Navigate to the SQL Server Management Studio > right click on the database > select properties > select the Options page > set the Recovery model to Full
For SQL 2000
Navigate to SQL enterprise manager; right click on the database > go to properties > options tab > set the recovery model to full. If the databases are in Simple recovery mode, they cannot be included in a Transactional Log backup. Please change the recovery mode to Full in case you wish to perform a T-log backup for this database.
