Cannot find QuikStor drive - ensure it is installed

BA225	BackupAssist	BackupAssist v4 or later

Description

This error usually indicates that BackupAssist can't find the Quikstor drive that is set as the backup destination.

Resolution

Make sure that the Quikstor drive is installed correctly and has the latest Windows drivers installed through Device Manager.

Try running a backup through the native Windows backup solution (such as NTBackup or wbadmin) to see if that solution can detect the Quikstor drive or not.
