Description
This error is produced when an RDX cartridge cannot be found in the drive by BackupAssist when performing a destination check.
Resolution
There are 4 possible resolutions for this problem
Resolution 1 - Insert cartridge in the drive
If there is not a cartridge within the drive, then this error will be produced. To resolve this error, insert an RDX cartridge into the RDX drive being used for the backup and re-run the backup job.
Resolution 2 - Run a backup through Windows Backup natively
Running a backup through Windows Backup natively will help isolate the issue from being an issue with Windows (see Solution 3 below) or specifically to BackupAssist.

Resolution 3 - Try to access the cartridge through Windows
Attempting to access the cartridge through Windows Explorer will determine if the cartridge can be seen within Windows.
If you're unable to see the drive through Windows, then this could mean there is an issue with the hardware or that the drives for the RDX drive are not installed correctly.
Resolution 4 - Try a second cartridge
Trying a second RDX cartridge will help determine if the problem is with the cartridge you are using or the RDX drive itself.
