Unable to parse wbadmin output

Description
BackupAssist is unable to determine the status of the backup because it cannot understand the output of wbadmin. The backup may or may not have completed successfully.
Resolution
Review and update the backup job's settings as follows:
- Open BackupAssist.
- Select Manage Backup Jobs
- Select the backup job.
- Select Edit from the top menu
- Select Imaging Options from the options on the left.
- Set the Windows Version as follows:
- For Windows 10, set it to Windows 10
- For other operating systems, set to Auto detect.
- In the Language section, manually select the language used by the operating system.
Note: Windows Server 2019 is currently not supported. It will however be supported from March 2019 and if you get this error, you will be able to set the Windows Version to Windows Server 2019. To learn more, see supported platforms.
