Description
The backup job is trying to back up to a destination that is formatted with a file system that System Protection backups do not support.
Resolution
If your destination drive is not formatted in NTFS or ReFS, then this can cause a conflict with the snapshot process which causes this error to be generated.
Check to make sure that the backup destination is formatted in either the NTFS or ReFS.
