Description
This error is generated when the end of the tape has been reached.
Resolution
Check the size of the tape that you are backing up to. Usually tapes list their size in native : compression format. E.g. A 200 : 400GB tape will fit 200GB of uncompressed data and up to 400GB of uncompressed data (this is usually theoretical and while listed will never be reached).
Generally compression ratios for a backup are between 1.1:1 to 1.4:1.
If you are backing up more data than can be stored on the tape, it is recommended that you use larger tapes or split your backup set into smaller jobs that will fit onto the tape(s) you are using.
