Unable to login to FTP server

Description

This error occurs when authentication to the FTP server fails when the backup runs.

Resolution

Double check the username and password which BackupAssist is using to authenticate with the FTP server.

Try logging into the FTP server using an alternative FTP client such as the native Windows built in client.
