Description
The amount of physical space available on the backup destination is lower than recommended.
Resolution
Microsoft recommends that the space on the backup destination contains 1.5 to 2.5 times the storage capacity of the data that you want to back up. This is due to the dynamic nature of Windows imaging, which uses VSS snapshots to store past backups.

It's recommended that the amount of space available in the backup destination is increased so that it is at least 1.5 the storage capacity of the data being backed up. You can fee up space by removing data that is not required or increase the size of the backup destination. Alternatively you may want to change your destination to somewhere with more space available for best results.
