There are 2 possible reasons for this message:

  • The free trial period for the SQL Continuous add-on has expired.
  • Your SQL Continuous add-on license has not yet been activated or become deactivated.

Resolution

There are 2 possible resolutions to this problem.

Resolution 1 - Purchase an SQL Continuous add-on license

Resolution 2 - Activate your SQL Continuous add-on License

To activate BackupAssist licenses:

  • On the BackupAssist File menu
  • Select Help > Licensing
  • Enter and activate (or reactivate) your product key using the fields provided.
