BackupAssist v4 onward.

Description

This error occurs when the Advanced Open Files Add-on has issues accessing an open file on the source drive.

Resolution

Check which file caused the failure and check to see if it's locked by another process with an exclusive lock. If so you may need to stop that process or free the file up so that BackupAssist can back it up correctly.
