MultiSite Manager public beta

It's been an exciting month for us here at BackupAssist with the advance of our new MultiSite Manager to the public beta phase.
This easy-to-use console provides all the tools you need to manage your BackupAssist installations over the internet. As MultiSite Manager is a unified console, it saves time and eliminates risk by allowing:
- rapid deployment and updating of BackupAssist across multiple sites remotely
- flexible and granular management of backup jobs and restores
- fast and easy access to reports and alerts on the status of each backup job
- customization and configuration of email reports to meet your exact requirements
- simple license management for all machines

SMB 3.0 is something people are starting to hear more about as companies and organisations migrate to Window Server 2012. SMB is a file sharing protocol and SMB 3.0 has new features and optimisations that allow a file share on a Windows 2012 file server to:
- Support applications like Exchange and Hyper-V
- Support backing up open files on remote files shares with VSS
