Description
This is a generic rsync error which is shown in the backup report. The main cause of the error is that the rsync process had issues with allocating memory on the rsync destination.
Resolution
In a lot of situations, rsync backups can be stopped with errors directly related to backing up the NTFS data associated with files.
This is usually due to rsync destinations being built on a Unix / Linux platform and NTFS is exclusively a Windows format. Further information can be found in KB Article BA172.
