Overview Window: naming, describing and suspending / activating jobs

 

The Overview Window gives you a quick reference to how the backup job is configured. You can also name and describe your backup job and suspend or activate the job here.

To access the Overview Window:

  1. Click Jobs in the navigation bar
  2. Right-click on the desired job and select Edit.
  3. Click Overview on the left menu.

Job summary
View a quick reference of how the backup job is configured, including the backup destination and schedule.

Job name and description
To easily identify a specific backup job you can give it a meaningful name and description. This is important when you have multiple jobs configured and need to distinguish between them.

Job status
Choose whether to suspend or activate a backup job. This will determine if the job runs automatically according to a schedule (active) or if it only runs manually when initiated by a user (suspended).
