BackupAssist is setup incorrectly. The Media Pool setting is missing.Causes and Resolution:
Go into the Options tab in BackupAssist, and check your Media Pool setting (near the top of the window). Typically this should be set to one of the following, depending on the type of your tape drive:- 8mm AIT
- LTO Ultrium
- 8mm AIT1?
- 8mm MP
- Travan
- miniQIC
- 4mm DDS
