BA1020: Cannot backup Exchange Information Store¶

Description¶
This error usually occurs when there is a problem / corruption within the Exchange database trying to be backed up at the point of failure.
Resolution¶
Typically this results in a restore of the database with the problem from a previous successful backup.
To find out exactly where the issue lies run the eseutil and the isinteg utility tools that come with Exchange to find where the issue lies. More information about these can be found at http://www.exchangeinbox.com/article.aspx?i=87
