Description

An unexpected error has occurred.

Resolution

If you encounter this error:

1. Please re-run the backup job.
2. If the error persists, try creating a new job with similar settings and run the new job.
3. If these steps fail to resolve the error, please contact BackupAssist ER support and submit diagnostics.

To contact BackupAssist technical support and provide diagnostic information, please follow the steps below.

1. Click the help icon on the top right.
2. Select the Contact support.
3. Enter your email address onto the field provided.
4. Enter a meaningful description into the field provided.
5. Tick the box next to Submit system diagnostics with your query.
6. Select Submit.

BackupAssist Technical Support will review your problem and diagnostics file, and contact you.
