Description¶
The license key you are trying to use has been activated on another machine.
Resolution¶
As per the BackupAssist ER licensing terms and conditions, a license key can only be active on one machine at a time.
BackupAssist ER is licensed using a subscription that is renewed each year.
To enable a license for the installation, you can go to the BackupAssist ER website and create an account using the email address that you supplied. Once you have logged into your account, you simply provide payment details and your installation will be automatically licensed.
