Description
BackupAssist ER was unable to create the backup folder required for the backup.
Resolution
- Check that the backup destination is functioning and accessible.
- If you are backing up to a NAS Check that the NAS drivers and firmware are up to date. The drivers and firmware will be available from your NAS vendor.
