BA6113: An input / output error occurred while accessing the file¶

Description¶
BackupAssist will give you this warning if it attempts to back up or restore a file (such as a VHDX backup file) that has been deleted or cannot be read.
These errors include:
- I/O file related errors.
- Unable to read the file or file doesn't exist.
- Copy file operation failed.
Resolution¶
To contact BackupAssist technical support and provide diagnostic information, please follow the steps below.
- Click the help icon on the top right.
- Select the Contact support.
- Enter your email address onto the field provided.
- Enter a meaningful description into the field provided.
- Tick the box next to Submit system diagnostics with your query.
- Select Submit.
BackupAssist Technical Support will review your problem and diagnostics file, and contact you.
