Description

An error occurred while accessing the virtual disk service com interface

Possible causes include:

• Out of memory or other system resources
• The access is denied
• An IO error occurred during VDS operation.
• VDS failed to initialize
• VDS object with the specified identifier and type is not found.

Resolution

To contact BackupAssist technical support and provide diagnostic information, please follow the steps below.

1. Click the help icon on the top right.
2. Select the Contact support.
3. Enter your email address onto the field provided.
4. Enter a meaningful description into the field provided.
5. Tick the box next to Submit system diagnostics with your query.
6. Select Submit.

BackupAssist Technical Support will review your problem and diagnostics file, and contact you.
