Description¶
This occurs when a timeout occurs specifically when collecting storage related forensics information. A common reason for this issue is difficulty running WMI (instrumentation) queries for the storage configuration and status.
Resolution¶
Perform a chkdsk to see if there are any disk errors on your system, and otherwise. please contact support. They may suggest suppressing the collection of certain forensics via a registry value, if there’s no other way to avoid the timeout.
