Recommended: submit a support ticket with diagnostics from within the software

If you contact support from inside BackupAssist, you can submit your system diagnostics. This allows us to better troubleshoot your problem.

To submit your diagnostics:

  1. Open the BackupAssist 365 Console
  2. Click on ‘Help’ in the title bar (top right)
  3. Click ‘Technical support’ (left menu)
  4. Fill in the fields
  5. Make sure ‘Include diagnostics and logs with your support ticket (required)’ is checked
  6. Hit ‘Get support’
