Step 2 - Check third party security software

Some third party firewalls or intrusion detection systems may prevent certain users from accessing the machine locally or through a network.  We suggest suspending these services temporarily in order to isolate the problem.  If a problem is found with third party software you may need to adjust it's settings to allow %PRODUCT_NAME% the permissions that it needs to run.
