Issues with Purchasing in North America

Hi everyone,

Regrettably I’ve been required to post that we’re currently experiencing issues within the North American region (US and Canada) not being able to create orders or make payments through our purchasing system.

Not everybody is experiencing this issue. You can tell if you’re affected because you receive a blank window performing the following:

– Requesting a quote
– Attempting to make a purchase from
– A reseller attempting to make a payment through your reseller portal

Our systems provider are currently looking into the issue and we’re hoping to have a resolution for this as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused due to this outage and will provide an update when this has been resolved.
