Recommended: submit a support ticket with diagnostics from within the software

If you contact support from inside BackupAssist, you can submit your system diagnostics. This allows us to better troubleshoot your problem.

  1. To submit your diagnostics:
  2. Open the BackupAssist WFH Console
  3. Click on ‘Help’ in the toolbar
  4. Click ‘Contact Support…’
  5. Fill in the fields
  6. Make sure ‘Submit system diagnostics with your query’ is checked
  7. Hit ‘Send’
