Cannot rewind the tape - possible hardware failure
Resolution
- Check that the tape drive functioning correctly and accessible.
- Check that the tape drive is able to rewind by directly interfacing with the drive.
- Refer to the tape drive manual to resolve any issues with the tape drive.
