Description
Cannot re-tension the tape - possible hardware failure or your tape does not support re-tensioning
Resolution
- Check that the tape drive functioning correctly and accessible.
- Check that the tape drive by directly interfacing with the drive.
- Refer to the tape drive manual to resolve any issues with the tape drive.
