Description

When performing an export of Exchange mailboxes, one or more selected mailboxes have been disabled or deleted from the Active Directory.

For example, you may have chosen to explicitly backup the mailbox "Fred". If this mailbox is subsequently deleted or disabled, it can no longer be backed up, so this informational message will appear.

This message will not appear if you have chosen to backup all mailboxes - because each time the backup runs, the list of mailboxes will be refreshed. This will only occur if you are backing up specific mailboxes by checking them individually.

Resolution

This is an informational message and may be safely ignored as it does not affect the integrity of your backups.

To prevent this message from occuring, please go into your backup job and modify the mailboxes selected to backup. Simply uncheck the mailboxes that have been deleted or disabled.
