Mailbox Protection reached end of life on 28 February 2017 and is not part of BackupAssist v10 and later. This article applies to BackupAssist v9 and earlier, which no longer receive technical support. See Software end of life.

Description¶
This generic error is produced when attempting to perform a mailbox export to a PST file.
Resolution¶
This error will always be accompanied by a specific error that is generated in the backup report. Click the Solution link next to that error in the report to be able to resolve both this error and the specific error in the report.
