Mailbox Protection reached end of life on 28 February 2017 and is not part of BackupAssist v10 and later. This article applies to BackupAssist v9 and earlier, which no longer receive technical support. See Software end of life.

Description¶
This error indicates that you're trying to add to current PST files that are in one format (either Unicode or ANSI) using an alternate format which is incompatible.
Resolution¶
Either change the current output type back to its previous value, choose a new destination directory, or delete or rename the existing PST file(s).
