Description¶
BackupAssist was unable to communicate with the BackupAssist as a Service (BAaaS) server
Resolution¶
Check the following to make sure they are not stopping this BackupAssist installation from communicating with the BAaaS server at https://msp.backupassist.com/
- The network connections
- The firewall settings
Both incoming and outgoing connections are required between BackupAssist and the BAaaS server.
