Description¶
Your license has expired because it is now outside the date that the license was valid for.
Resolution¶
To renew the license, purchase BackupCare (formerly Upgrade Protection):
- Go to our website https://www.backupassist.com/purchase.php#top
- Select the Renewal tab
- Select Renew BackupCare
If your license date shows that it is still current, then review the time and date settings on the system you're attempting to activate BackupAssist for.
