Description¶
The BackupCare (formerly Upgrade Protection) for the BackupAssist or Standalone key that you are trying to activate, expired before the version was released.
Resolution¶
Please renew your BackupCare for the installed version of BackupAssist.
To purchase BackupCare:
- Go to our website https://www.backupassist.com/purchase.php#top
- Select the Renewal tab
- Select Renew BackupCare
