BA220: Cannot find REV drive - ensure it is installed¶

Description¶
This error usually indicates that BackupAssist can't find the REV drive that is set as the backup destination.
Resolution¶
Make sure that the REV drive is installed correctly and has the latest Windows drivers installed through Device Manager.
Try running a backup through the native Windows backup solution (such as NTBackup or wbadmin) to see if that solution can detect the REV drive or not.
