BA250: Cannot find burner drive - ensure it is installed¶

Description¶
This error usually indicates that BackupAssist can't find the optical drive that is set as the backup destination.
Resolution¶
Make sure that the optical drive is installed correctly and has the latest Windows drivers installed through Device Manager.
Try running a backup through the native Windows backup solution (such as NTBackup or wbadmin) to see if that solution can detect the optical drive or not.
