Description¶
The backup target is unavailable.
Resolution¶
If you are backing up to a local device
Check that the device is connected, and the disks are inserted (if required) and appear in Windows Explorer. Additionally check for any hardware faults.
If you are backing up to a NAS
Check that the correct authentication details have been entered into the NAS options.
You should also check that the NAS drivers and firmware are up to date. The drivers and firmware will be available from your NAS vendor.
