BA410: Error occurred when burning the backup¶

Description¶
This is a very generic error, however it means that there was an issue when BackupAssist tried burning the backup file to the CD/DVD/Blu-ray.
Resolution¶
You can try using the alternate burning component that comes with BackupAssist.
To use this follow the steps below:
- Select the BackupAssist, Jobs tab.
- Select Manage from the top menu. A list of all backup jobs will be displayed.
- Select the backup job you want to modify, and select Edit.
- Select 'Destination' down the left hand side.
- Under 'Burner drive options' tick 'Use alternate burning engine'
